How long will it take to send my order?
Within just a few days if we have one in stock and a day or two more if we have to make one specially for you. Please allow a few more days for worldwide delivery.

Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes! Most certainly! There cannot be many countries which our key rings have not been shipped to.

What finish will the split ring be in?
Nickel finish is standard. You can choose brass plated nickel at no extra cost.

Your split rings are 30mm. Can I have a slightly smaller one on my key ring please?
Certainly. You can have 28mm at no extra cost. Please just ask at time of ordering.

All I have is an old enamel with a loop in it. The leather has disappeared. Can you help?

I have a business selling cars. Could you make me my own key ring to give each person who buys a car from me?

I drive a car which is not on your list. Can you supply me with a key ring for it?
We do not make key rings for many current makes as we would need to be licensed in order to use their logo - which is fair enough. However - if you are able to supply us with an original key ring or key ring enamel for that make, then we can probably re-make it onto one of our handmade leather fobs. This does not usually cost more than the standard cost for one of our own key rings - unless we have to alter the enamel.

The classic car I drive is not on your list. Are you likely to do a key ring for it in the future?
Yes - if we get sufficient enquiries. How about getting together with other owners and ordering a few? An order of 25 can be achieved at our standard prices and less than 25 is possible provided you are prepared to pay a small surcharge on each key ring.

Will you be making key rings for motorcycles?
We hope to do a range in the future. In the meantime we can make one for you if you have an enamel from an original key ring.

Are you able to make key rings for other things apart from vehicles?
Most certainly. We intend to design some enamels with enduring images such as A Remembrance key ring with a Flanders Poppy and a donation of part of the proceeds to The British legion for instance.

What do you mean by 'handmade'? Surely you use a sewing machine. Who makes them?
Sorry to disappoint you - but we don't own a sewing machine. Handmade means handmade. The chap you see at shows & speak to on the phone makes them.

Are you key rings waterproof?
A customer went diving with one in his pocket. His Rolex diving watch burst at 200 m. The key ring fell out of his pocket and sank down to 400m depth. The last he saw of the key ring was when a crab ran off with it clasped in its right claw. He's watching out for it to appear on ebay any day now.
